Dream Program

Want to develop a healthier routine? Hoping to buy a house or start a college fund? The dream program is a great way to make that happen.

Part of achieving our dreams as a company is supporting your dreams as an individual. We know we wouldn’t be successful without your help, so we’ve instituted the Dream Program to help you achieve your own personal fulfillment and success. Our goal is to help you become the best version of yourself.

Pay It Forward

One of our core values is integrity, and our Pay It Forward program is the embodiment of that value. We lead by example. Regardless of the role, department, or location, each of us demonstrates a desire to do the right thing and pay our success forward in whatever ways we can, big or small, every day. Throughout the year, Gutterglove sets  aside funds from our business used to fund our Pay It Forward programs. 

Year-round, we encourage volunteering time to local organizations in need. During the Holiday Season, our team members get to select from a list of charities to support with our Pay It Forward funds. 

Team Member Recognition

This program provides an opportunity to recognize and reward outstanding team members who exemplify our core values, surpass expectations, or drive positive changes and improvements within our processes.
 
Recipients of recognition will be celebrated through multiple channels including an internal newsletter and our on-site displays. In addition, they will receive a credit towards products in the Gutterglove store as a token of appreciation for their dedication and exemplary performance.

Heart to Heart

Heart to Heart is our way of showing customers the value of each interaction with them. It’s a token of appreciation to single them out, demonstrate how important they are to us, and assure them that we remember them even after the interaction ends.

For three consecutive years, Gutterglove has been certified as a Great Place to Work. This certification comes from Great Place to Work, an independent, global authority on workplace culture with 30 years of experience. Trusted by companies worldwide, their surveys ensure reliable and credible results.

Each year, Gutterglove partners with Great Place to Work to survey our team members on their experiences in areas such as equity, support, integrity, care, and leadership. This confidential survey provides a comprehensive view of our workplace culture, highlighting what matters most to our team, what we’re doing well, and where we can improve. We don’t just say we care; we mean it. Tools like this help us uncover what we may not know. Once we receive the results, we thoroughly analyze the data and share the findings with our team to ensure they feel heard.

Together, we celebrate our successes and discuss changes needed to address any issues the survey reveals.

Team Training and Development Program

Gutterglove is committed to investing in the development and continuing education of our team members. We offer individual training for those looking to enhance their skills and achieve professional development goals. Additionally, we value collaboration and strive for cohesive, high-performing teams. To support this, we use tools like Patrick Lencioni’s “5 Dysfunctions of a Team” to unite our teams and tackle common challenges. This training provides actionable steps to build effective, cohesive teams, helping even the best teams improve. It’s a valuable opportunity to commit to teamwork, boost our success, and deepen our understanding of one another, fostering a strong, unified team.

Team Member Referral Program

We always encourage and welcome team member referrals! Typically, team members refer candidates who are a good cultural fit and who they trust and respect, which speaks volumes. We provide a pro-rated financial referral incentive for each full-time hire referred by an existing Gutterglove team member who does direct report to them. There is no limit to the number of referrals a team member can make.
