Gutterglove Cares
Gutterglove is a company focused on people. Building upon the principles of our founder, Robert Craig Lenney, we strive to help people above all else, which has fostered a culture of caring. Our core values, commitments, promises, and mission all stem from our purpose: positively impacting the individuals and communities we serve.
This goes beyond our professional goal of delivering a protective product; it also includes the relationships we build with customers, team members, vendors, and the communities where we live and work.
We Pay it Forward
We lead by example. Regardless of our role, department, or location, each of us demonstrates a spirit of generosity and pays it forward in various ways—both big and small—every day. Throughout the year, Gutterglove allocates funds from our business to support our Pay It Forward programs.

We developed our Pay It Forward programs to express our commitment to positive impact in a tangible way and to support local communities that work tirelessly to improve the lives of others, including Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, Nashville Rescue Mission, Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, and the Gary Sinise Foundation.
