Gutterglove Inc. is headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, where we design, manufacture, and package all of our gutter protection products. We’ve been a US-based manufacturer for the entire history of the company.
Gutterglove has been engineering and manufacturing gutter protection products in the United States for more than 25 years. The original Gutterglove product introduced Frame Reinforced Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh as a serious gutter protection technology, and we’ve expanded into a 5-brand portfolio and multiple patented technologies since.
Yes. All Gutterglove products are designed, manufactured, and packaged at our facility in Franklin, Tennessee. We’ve been a US manufacturer for the entire 25+ year history of the company. Our patents are American patents, our manufacturing is American, and the supply chain runs through Tennessee from raw stainless steel and aluminum stock through final packaging.
Gutterglove makes five brands, each engineered for a specific retailer or installation channel: Easy On at Costco (DIY Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh), Atlas at Lowe’s (DIY Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh + All Aluminum), Gutter Guard by Gutterglove at Home Depot (DIY Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh), Raptor on Amazon (DIY Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh), and LeafBlaster Pro through certified contractors (professional install, three product lines). The 5 main brands serve homeowners; LeafBlaster Pro serves the contractor channel.
Gutterglove products are sold through specific retailer or contractor channels — not direct to consumers from gutterglove.com. To buy a Gutterglove product, choose the channel that matches your preference: Costco (Easy On), Lowe’s (Atlas), Home Depot (Gutter Guard by Gutterglove), Amazon (Raptor), or certified contractors (LeafBlaster Pro). Visit the relevant brand site for purchase details: easyongutterguard.com, atlasgutterguard.com, gutterguard.com, raptorgutterguard.com, or leafblasterpro.com.
Start with two questions: (1) Are you installing it yourself or hiring a contractor? (2) Which retailer do you prefer? If you’re going DIY, you have 5 brand options based on retailer: Easy On (Costco), Atlas (Lowe’s), Gutter Guard by Gutterglove (Home Depot), or Raptor (Amazon)/If you want professional installation with the longest available warranty, LeafBlaster Pro is your brand. For deeper guidance, see our “Which Gutterglove Product Is Right for You” decision guide.
Each Gutterglove brand serves a specific retailer or channel — Costco, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Amazon, and the contractor network. Rather than push the same brand name through every channel, each retailer has its own dedicated brand with positioning suited to that retailer’s customers. The technology and manufacturing are shared; the brand identity reflects the channel. To find the right product, match your installation preference (DIY vs. contractor), your retailer preference (Costco/Lowe’s/Home Depot/Amazon), and your material/climate needs. Our “Which Gutterglove Product Is Right for You” decision guide walks through all the variables.
V-Bend Technology is our patented Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh (SSMM) design used in our DIY retail products (Easy On, Atlas SSMM, Gutter Guard by Gutterglove SSMM, Raptor). The patented design shapes stainless steel micro-mesh into V-shaped channels that provide structural rigidity without an internal frame — so 100% of the mesh surface is available for water filtration. V-Bend filters fine debris like pine needles, pollen, roof grit, and oak catkins while maintaining maximum water flow.
Z-Bend Technology is our patented Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh (SSMM) design used in LeafBlaster Pro Standard SSMM (contractor-installed only). The patented Z-form mesh shape provides self-supporting structural rigidity optimized for professional installation. Z-Bend is distinct from V-Bend in geometry and structural profile, engineered around the realities of contractor job sites where install speed and consistency matter alongside fine-debris filtration performance.
RiserStep Technology is our patented all-aluminum design used across our aluminum lines (Atlas All Aluminum, Gutter Guard by Gutterglove All Aluminum, LeafBlaster Pro All-Aluminum, Raptor All Aluminum). The patented stepped channel geometry delivers 45% more water-handling capacity than competitor aluminum gutter guards. RiserStep is the right specification when water flow capacity matters more than fine-debris filtration — heavy-rainfall regions, larger debris loads, volume contractor installations, and homeowners who want color-matched aluminum aesthetics.
Gutterglove products are made of two material types: Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh and extruded aluminum. Stainless steel is used in our V-Bend Technology (DIY retail products) and Z-Bend Technology (LeafBlaster Pro Standard— all engineered for fine-debris filtration. Aluminum is used in RiserStep Technology across our aluminum lines at Atlas, Gutter Guard by Gutterglove, LeafBlaster Pro, and Raptor — engineered for water capacity and larger-debris handling. All materials are American-sourced and manufactured at our Tennessee facility.
Choose stainless steel if fine debris is your primary concern — pine needles, pollen, roof grit, oak catkins. Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh filters sub-millimeter debris that aluminum guards let through. Choose aluminum if heavy rainfall or larger debris is your main issue. Aluminum’s stepped channel design handles 45% more water capacity than competitor aluminum products, and is available in multiple colors. For deeper guidance, see our “Stainless Steel vs Aluminum Gutter Guards” guide.
Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh products (V-Bend, Z-Bend) filter sub-millimeter debris including pine needles, pollen, roof grit, oak catkins, helicopter seeds, insect debris, and small twigs and bark. Aluminum products (RiserStep) handle larger debris including leaves, twigs, walnut hulls, magnolia leaves, sycamore leaves, palm fronds, and similar materials. Both material types prevent the debris accumulation that leads to gutter clogs, water overflow, foundation damage, and the fire risks associated with combustible debris in gutters.
Yes. Warranty length varies by brand and material: 30 years for stainless steel on our DIY retail brands (Easy On, Atlas SS, Gutter Guard by Gutterglove SS, Raptor); 25 years for aluminum on the DIY brands that offer aluminum (Atlas All Aluminum, Gutter Guard by Gutterglove All Aluminum, Raptor All Aluminum); and 40 years across all LeafBlaster Pro products through the contractor channel.. All warranties cover manufacturing and material defects..
Yes. Every Gutterglove stainless steel product (V-Bend, Z-Bend, A-Bend Technology) is non-combustible and meets Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) compliance requirements common in California, Oregon, Colorado, and other wildfire-prone regions. Stainless steel is non-combustible, and our micro-mesh designs prevent the accumulation of flammable debris (pine needles, dried leaves) in your gutter. Our aluminum products are also non-combustible (aluminum doesn’t ignite at typical fire temperatures).
Yes. All Gutterglove Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh products are UL/NSF approved for rainwater harvesting systems. The micro-mesh filters fine debris like pollen, roof grit, and insect material that would otherwise contaminate harvested rainwater. Water filtered through our stainless steel products is safe to collect for residential rainwater systems used for irrigation or non-potable household uses. The rainwater harvesting approval applies across our entire Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh portfolio:
